First, congratulations.
I'm not so lucky as you. I also applied for Ning developer, but still Developer Request Pending.
But, I find another funcy site. Developer Jot. It supports server-side javascript (by using Rhino). If you like the idea of meshups. I think you can have a try

Richie, there might be a little bit long waiting list, but they'll definitely let you in :), i got my approval mail after less than a week pending, more or less.
And i am not a technique kind of person, i don't have time mashup things either, yet i tried some apps on Ning.com.
china2.ning.com/
china2blog.ning.com/
china2bbs.ning.com/
nothing new from a technical aspect. I call it China 2.0, since i want it to be a place group of people interested in web 2.0 in China can communicate with each other, ok, this is just the idea, and if you got a Ning account, come and do something.
Lei
p.s. xdanger, you need people's email for commenting? that's a little weird, anyhow, i trust you this time
